  1. please could you help me with the row after the cable stitch."R7-R8: repeat as R2.: ch 2, * bpdc around each of next 2 bpdc, fpdc around each of next 3 fpdc*, repeat from *to* around, slst to top of first bpdc. (75 sts) pattern says fpdc around each of next 3 fpdc," but in which order do you stitch into the previous row of 3 fpdc please? do you stitch into 1st fpdc, then back stitch fpdcin the skipped stitch, then the 2nd fpdc? this doesn't seem to carry on the cable effect. OR do you stitch into 1st and 2nd fpdc, then the 3rd backstitched fpdc in the skipped stitch. Does this carry on the cable effect? I am a beginner! really like the look of this hat pattern, I am practising on some plain DK, but have some aran wool for the actual hat I hope to make. love your tutorials on invisible decrease but haven't got that far yet. thank you

    1. You work the stitches the way they come:fpdc around 1st, 2nd. and 3rd st...
Red Heart Unforgettable is much thinner as other worsted weight yarn. Your hat might turn out bigger.
